Pan-fried salmon rested on a three herb risotto drizzled in a light citrus reduction.

NZ Angus Sirloin cooked medium served on roasted kumara and ginger mash topped with portabella mushrooms and a red wine jus.

Oven roasted lamb back straps served on potato croquettes and topped with a blueberry mint sauce.

Supreme of chicken pocketed with spinach, feta and sun dried tomatoes served with rosemary and garlic roasted potatoes.

All tables will receive fresh green garden salad and fresh vegetables to share.

Chocolate lovers dream, Chocolate mud cake, with a chocolate and raspberry ganache and fresh cream.
